Our Cooking courses
On the second floor of the riad, a reception room, 34 kitchen stations and a Moroccan salon await you for a convivial introduction to Moroccan cuisine. A dada, a traditional cook, will reveal to you the secrets of mixing spices, oven baking and the tricks of our savory cuisine. You will taste the dishes you have made on the terrace .

Class format
Classes take place in the morning at 9:00 am and 11:00 am and in the afternoon at 3:00 pm.
- Welcome by our French or English interpreter and introduction to the class
- Cooking class taught by the dada
- Tasting of dishes prepared with a discovery of Moroccan wines (optional)

The dadas
Two dadas will conduct the classes.
The Dadas who served in the great houses in Fez, Rabat or Marrakesh were as well-known as chefs with Michelin stars. Their role? To take care of the children and run the kitchen. They are the memory of our culinary traditions.
